Balsamic Glazed Salmon

  Sizzle up this delicious dish for a taste of summer.

Balsamic Glazed Salmon

Total Time: 30 minutes with prep
Yields: 4 servings

• ½ cup raisins
• 1 lbs of salmon filet
• Salt and pepper
• ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
• 1 teaspoon garlic paste
• Green onion

1. Preheat oven to 450ºF. Place raisins in a small pan, add enough water to cover raisins. Over high heat, bring to boil then reduce to simmer. Cook 6-8 minutes, until raisins are plump .
2. Add ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar and 1 teaspoon minced garlic to raisin puree. Whisk.
3. Line baking sheet, and place salmon on top. Season with salt/pepper. Drizzle half of balsamic/raisin mixture onto salmon. Bake for 15 minutes. Garnish with onion to serve.
