INGREDIENTS:
  1/ cup red wine vinegar
  2 Tbsp. sugar
  2 Tbsp. peanut or vegetable oil
  16 ounces shredded cabbage mix
  1 tsp. salt
  Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix vinegar, sugar, and oil.

2. Drizzle dressing over cabbage and season with salt and pepper.

3. Toss to combine.

4. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let stand 20 minutes.

5. Re-toss and serve.
